Yoga is India's timeless gift to the world, offering a holistic path to physical fitness, mental and overall well-being. In today's fast-paced world, stress, unhealthy lifestyles, lack of physical exercise, and poor dietary habits have become the critical challenges, diminishing motivation and efficiency of many. Hence, yoga has become a crucial necessity for maintaining a balanced and healthy life. To address this growing need, YogGuru Deepakji and GuruMauli Vaishaliji founded Bramhamuhurta Yoga Dnyanpeeth Kendra (BYDK) on August 5, 2015. BYDK’s mission is to guide individuals toward healthier, more balanced lives through yoga, practiced in a scientific and holistic manner. BYDK emphasizes the auspicious timing (4:00 am - 6:00 am) of Bramhamuhurta, when the energy levels are at their peak. By harnessing this abundant energy helps participants maximize their physical, mental, and spiritual growth. BYDK is a registered Charitable Trust and NGO and does not charge any fee for its Yoga classes or Shibirs (Yoga camps). These activities are entirely free of cost and open to all with prior registrations. The only requirement to join the regular morning classes is a completion of one of BYDK’s seven day Shibirs. In the last nine years, BYDK has successfully conducted 26 Yoga Shibirs (Camps), each of nine days and trained over 30,000 Sadhaks (Individuals) from different strata of society and helped them to lead happier and healthier lives. The organization operates on donations from philanthropic individuals and participants. BYDK’s free yoga classes are conducted at various locations in Pune in morning from 4:30 am to 6:00 am. A key distinctiveness of these classes is that each day a different yoga trainer leads the session, keeping the experience fresh and dynamic while breaking the monotony. BYDK has a strong team of 18 trainers who volunteer their services selflessly, ensures that participants receive diverse and enriching yoga experiences. Beyond yoga, BYDK actively involved in social service by donating food grains and essential materials to two Varkari and Orphanage Schools located in the interiors of the Sahyadri Mountains each year. For this, voluntary contributions from participating sadhaks, trainers, and the BYDK family makes the contributions by means. Each year, during Pandharpur Wari hundreds of thousands of devoted Varkaris travel barefoot to Pandharpur. As a service, BYDK organizes legs massage and health checkup camps, and distributes medicines to the needy Varkaris. BYDK also organizes the expert talks and conducts workshops of well-known personalities and medical doctors regarding health awareness towards heart diseases, cancer, diabetics, and other diseases. On no profit no loss basis, the organization also periodically organizes weight loss and body detoxication camps for the public.
